PCT Module
The PCT Module is our hardware solution for high-precision tool and process monitoring on various machine tools. It enables parallel monitoring of up to 4 channels and handles different measurement signals with a sampling time of 4 ms – even over long process cycles.
PCT Monitor
The PCT Monitor provides an intuitive Windows application that enables both, process visualization and adjustment of monitoring parameters. The app offers an easy analysis and an optimization of process monitoring.
Monitoring Strategies
At the heart of process monitoring are the flexibly adaptable monitoring strategies that can be tailored to a wide variety of machining processes. Together with the PCT Module and the PCT Monitor, they form a powerful overall system. The PCT Module enables the targeted optimization of a wide variety of manufacturing processes—including grinding, turning, drilling, and milling machines—through precise monitoring. All monitoring strategies are integrated into the Module and can also be combined with each other depending on requirements.
