The Dr. Zinngrebe GmbH has many years of experience in the field of process monitoring. Back in 1989, the company – then still known as ibz Ingenieurbüro Zinngrebe – began production of its first system. This was a system for adaptive process control and dressing monitoring. The development and production of numerous systems were gradually adapted on the technological changes. Customer requirements were also met in cooperation with partners in various countries. As a result of many years of development work, the mature Process Control Tool, PCT Module is now available on the market. Work on its optimization is continuing in order to analyze and monitor a wide variety of processes on machine tools even more effectively.
The design and implementation of monitoring strategies and the analysis of process monitoring requirements for grinding, turning, drilling, and milling machines are among our areas of expertise.
With Niklas Zinngrebe, the next generation has now taken the helm and is continuing product development. Dr.-Ing. Michael Zinngrebe continues to support the company as a consultant with expertise in mechanical engineering. We also visit our customers on site to identify end-use requirements at an early stage and thus keep our finger on the pulse. Tamara Renner-Triantafillidis organizes all the necessary details from the back office.
